Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and numerous other platforms seem to promulgate the need for us to be "Best In Show!" Fluffed, washed, prancing, and perfect we want others to notice. But the bigger question is, "Do you have something important to say?" What do you have to say to the person sitting next to you at work, your family, or the individual having a meltdown in front of you at the grocery store? Beauty, money, power, fame will never provide you the deep joy of saying or doing the right thing for another human. (I have learned nearly everyone I meet has a need). Be more worried about the important things you have to say and do. I can't remember seeing an incredible selfie of Mother Theresa.
