A Week of Gratitude

I love Thanksgiving. It is a specific time of year when I am reminded to be grateful. No matter where you live on this beautiful planet, you can always have more gratitude. You need to be grateful; gratitude is good for your brain, your happiness, your relationships, and enjoyment of life. In fact, research by Scott Barry Kaufman found that gratitude is the single best predictor of well-being. Gratitude helps you realize how rich you really are. So this week celebrate the people in your life who love you, see you, and support you. Also, grab a quiet moment to be grateful for your life and the opportunity you have to connect with others, to serve, to create, and to make a difference in the life of another person.
